At Dialed Cycling Lab, we want to ensure your gear is perfectly tuned for your ride. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached; please ensure components and apparel are clean and unused.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our lab technicians verify the condition of the returned gear, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
