The cleat mechanism sits on the bottom of the shoe rather than in the pedal body, which keeps the pedal itself lightweight and the stack height low, closer to the pedal axle for better power transfer feel. Cleats require periodic lubrication to stay smooth and are simple to service. Available in standard 53mm and wide-stance 56mm spindle versions. Includes cleats and hardware.
